help on 91 maxima SE.PLEASE

hey guys new to this forums and was wondering if u could help me

im having a couple of minor problems on my car. and im hoping someone from this forum might tell me what could be the cause and solution for it.

first is my dashboard isnt lighting up.what i mean is if i switched my headlights on, dashboard would still be off. i checked the fuse on the fuse box and its still in good condition(metal thingy is still intact). havent tried prying the thing up cause it might be something with wirings.

2nd is my 3 of my speakers (1 on front & 2 at back) arent working. the only thing that makes sounds is the one on the front passenger side. any info on whats the problem on this one? might be wirings again.

3rd im not really sure whether its the brakes or the suspension but everytime i back out of a parking space with steering wheel full to the righ/left itll start making this grinding noise (metal to metal). it doesnt go away even after i drive away. sometimes the grinding noise would stop for a bit if i step on the brakes. this could be something major but i dont know for sure. any help or tip would be appreciated! thanks!

1. pull the fuse and do a continuity test on it. if that checks out OK then you will need to do some wire chasing to verify power is getting where you need it to go.
2. the amps are probably bad. it's a fairly common occurrence.
3. could be an axle, brakes, bushing. you need to lift up the car and do an inspection.

1.i dont know how to do a contuinity test but i did try to install another fuse and still the same. so i guess must be the wires.
2. i dont know anything about car audios but arent amps (amplifier) like those of kicker/sony xplod/jl audio?? if so i dont have one installed. if not then you must be talking about the stick bose head unit that i have. everything is in stock by the way. thanks for your input!
3. thanks for that. ill try to drop by a shop sometime and have it checked.

on the Bose stereo there is a factory amplifier at each individual speaker. so there are 4 total and it is completely normal for them to fail.
Based on what you are describing (including your abilities) you will probably need to dump somewhere in the area of $1k into the car to fix all of it's problems.
your car is better suited to someone with a mechanical and electrical aptitude to track down the electrical problems.
