It is kinda behind the radiator. You need a 1/2" drive ratchet or breaker bar to get it off. Its on the front side of the transaxle(transmission). The drain plug is kinda hard to get to as one of the shift rods is in the way. You can *CAREFULLY* remove the gear position sensor. Its held in by 1 screw on the bottom of the tranny to the left of the drivers side axle. Use a small flat blade screw driver and carefully pry all around it in a circular motion so you dont break it. It is a very brittle plastic so be careful, but by far this is the easiest way to drain it.
Good luck and make sure you use *GL4* gear oil and nothing else. (Amsoil 75W90 MT4 synthetic is the best imo)
