I doubt that is the case. I work offshore and I have a month to research it, so I figured someone out there has already figured out a way to do what I am trying to do. Thanks for the reply anyway!

Well I figured it out. I went to a shop with the idea to add my subs with an amp to the existing 8 speaker stock bose. What I came up with was: since the Bose rear 6x9's in the window are only subs. I robbed the signal (basicly spliced into) from the 6x9's and ran that signal into a shosche inline signal converter. ran off of that to my aftermarket amp. Hooked my amp up just like i would any aftermarket amp. The inline signal converter just steals the signal from the 6x9's, not the power. so the only thing you need to run aftermarket subs is an inline signal converter, (walmart 10 buck "shosche"). amp and subs. everything on the Bose stays the same. So now i have aftermarket bump, with the clarity, and volume of Bose, no warranty void. Life is good.
