Keyless entry programming

My remote works fine, but I just got the car and since the pictures are worn off the buttons I am forever hitting the wrong buttons.

What now happened was before you would press the lock button and the car would lock, then you would press it again and the hazards would flash. But now all you do is press the lock button and the whole car locks and the hazards flash, I don't like this. I want to have it back to where you press have to press it twice to have the alarm activated.

Couldn't find anything in the manual, help anyone?

i dont understand, when u lock the car the alram should be activatedd. i dont see what u are trying to do. why does it matter either way you want the car to lock right.
