P0507 Code after Cleaning throttle body

Right or wrong(thats in the past) I cleaned my throttle body while i was in the middle of replacing the valve covers, plugs and injectors. now i'm getting the p0507 code RPM higher then expected. I've done the ecu reset procedure successfully as well as the accelerator pedal learning, and Idle air Volume learning. I know the IAVL procedure is working because the the idle returns to normal after i complete the procedure and continues to work while the car is running. BUT if i turn the car off and start it again, the idle gets out of wack again and idles about 1000-1100rms versus the 800-850.

Is there anything Else I can do to resolve the po5o7 other then replacing the throttle body?

any thoughts would be appreciated,

thanks
mike
