Help with Turn Signal Sound

The turn signal clicking noise will not go off. It's constant even when the turn signal is not on. I have undone the battery but still the clicking sound returns when I restart the car.

Any advice?

I have a 2000 Maxima SE

hmmm...that's weird...you may have to take apart the steering column...something may be stuck in there. Or possible replace the fuse.
