Exclamation pass headlight aiming screw

Ok, I probably should've posted this a long time ago when I had my DDE's installed but now I really want to fix this problem that I have with my passenger headlight. I think when I re-selaed it I didn't push the reflector in all the way so I don't think the adjustment/aiming screw was far enough to catch the thread for the light adjustment. Because when I try to screw it clockwise/ccw nothing happens. The relfector is basically loose, meaning I can push it in with my hands. It could also be out of alignment of something. I did bake it once more about a month after the install and pushed it in further to no avail. Well, I'm going to take the pass headlight out once again, bake it and fix it somehow. Anyone have any suggestions? The only solution I had was to aim the drivers headlight level with the passenger headlight.

dam if you didnt have the DDE's in there i would have told you to bring it into the dealer. And in terms of aiming: i would try making the drivers side a bit lower than the passenger.

Hmmm ok. Is it just me or for those of you that installed your DDE's, does you pass headlight seem a little dimmer than the drivers side? I checked the voltage on both wires and are fine at 24V constant. I'll aim my drivers a little lower to see if that evens out.. I have plans on doing some touch ups on my car this weekend.
