Condenstation Problem

Yes I've searched through all the threads so don't respond with search. I've been fighting this condenstation problem for three days now. Thursday I got a car wash and about half my headlight was fogged up inside. Since than it has been almost gone than back at half. Saturday it was sort of cloudy but I took it outside and faced it toward the sun, turned on the headlights and high beams and started to blow dry. 20-30 minutes later everything dissapeared but a little later my whole headlight was now fogged so I retired for that day. Sunday it was 60 with sun all day long. I kept moving my car toward the sun so it would shine on the headlamp the whole day. 5 hours later everything was gone. Drove around, took it back inside my garage, came back later to check and it is around 40% fogged. What is going on? I'm assuming the cold air is causing this. Is there so much water inside, and I thought our head lamps had vent hole that would help get rid of all this moisture. Any of you guys ever had it this bad?

I've never had that problem before and I have even opened mine up to install the DDEs. Is it both of them or only one? I would take it to the dealer and have it replaced under warranty. They aren't supposed to have any sort of condensation inside since they are sealed.

I did install HIDs but it was about like a month or so ago. During that month it rained and snowed and I didn't encounter any problems till a couple days. The other headlight sometime fogs up both only for a couple minute and immediatly dissapears. I have that gold member warranty but if I take it back to Nissan won't they be like can't do nothing since you messed around with it?

Panteedropper, I assumed you didn't remove the headlight out of the car? Did you use silicone by the way?

I was going to do it today but it was too frustrated.

I have the same problem on passenger side headlight. I did take it to the dealership and the maintance guy said there was wasn't anything they could do because the headlight have a small hole at the bottom. But I've had this problem since Oct when I replaced the low beam bulbs.
