How to remove glove box?

In my 02 3.5 Altima my glove box got jammed. I managed to get it open and I noticed behind it a plastic panel got loose and came off. I'm not sure what that panel is for. Maybe it's to cover up the air filter, I know some cars have that. I don't have a manual for my car and I can't get that plastic panel back on because there's so little room to worth with. So I need to take off the glove box but I have no idea how to go about doing it. Anyone mind giving me some advice to how to take it off and maybe tell me what that plastic cover is behind the glove box? TY.

pretty much all screws, it's really simple. just open the glove comp. and take screws off. pull out and presto your done.
