Yes, according to current regulations, inside lamp have to be high beam, outside lamp have to be low beam.

Damn...... I hate to be the bad guy here but that is something I will not do without a little more research. However, one of the cleanest setup I have seen anyone done as far as headlamp conversions and it did give me more ideas as far as modding my car is concerned. Maybe it is because I am more interested in Halogen or Xenon systems.

Not knocking your setup, it is a very good job, just need to do a little more research, before I commit to that type of modification.
