how to remove the orange reflector in headlight??

does any one kno how 2 remove theorange reflector in the headlight????

You have to take the headlight assembly off the car, bake it, separate the lens, then just pop out the reflector.

Yup what LSU said, baking the headlight sounds scary but it isn't too bad. Just make sure you seal it up good or you may have fogging and condensation issues.

You may not want to do that. It's there by Federal law, and most police entities will issue tickets for not having that front side reflector.

yup, def illegal. try to find any vehicle without them. the new nissan something, cant remember which, has the reflectors seperate from the headlight housing. its cool.

yeah it's required, just like if your taillights don't wrap around to the side of your car, your car has a small tail lamp on the side supra is a good example of this. It lakes the reflector in the headlight and the tails don't wrap around the side of the car.

get some E-bay lights, keep the reflector, get rid of the orange, best of both worlds.

the reflector has to be orange. unless you mean get rid of the orange lens on the DRL/signal section that the 02-04 models have.

why would you want to remove that lens? that's like taking out your signal light.

the reflector is ugly. im just glad i have an 06 so my front signal lens is clear. i just installed some amber/white switchbacks so my DRLs are hyperwhite LEDs and when the headlights are on, there is no orange (like in my sig). only time its orange is when im signaling. fkn sweet.

Umm, even on an 06, your reflector is still orange

I did that, and I just bought a the silverstar bulb that looks blue but turns orange when the light is on

The turn signal front lens is clear. The side lens is also clear. Only the side reflector is orange. It's different than the pre-05s. If you remove that reflector, there is no orange in the headlight assembly, which I like, and have never had a single issue.
