Exclamation Debadging

I have a 2002 Nissan Altima and I wanted to take off some of the silver badges on the back of the car, but I don't know how to do it. Is it hard? Will the badegs leave marks on the car due to the age of the car? Can I clean the car after the removal of the badges to eliminate the marks?

Any suggestions and coments will be appreciated !!!!

its very easy on altimas. just heat (slightly) the emblem, and carefully work dental floss/fishing line behind the emblem to separate from car. use goo-gone or similar to carefully remove left over adhesive

the marks left behind will most likely be differences in clear coat exposure. This is best corrected w/ mild polish.

i debadged my superblack 06 after about 1 1/2 yrs of having it and at certain angles, a faint outline showed in the paint. This was corrected w/ a few washes, and eventually polish to even out the surrounding clearcoat. it looks perfect now. GL
