Luminics Pure Blue

So I wanted some color to my headlights and that "HID look" without converting to HID's And I found Luminics pure blue.

from what im reading, they give true blue color, and I'm willing to get them but I wanted to know if anyone has any experience with them?

Also i see something about getting a harness for it, because it can melt them or some shit?
I got PIAA's in my car right now with no problems.

i had 8000k in the headlights they were very blue. so i went down to 6000k which are silver white. only on the fog light have a hint of blue even tho the headlights and fog lights are both 6000k. i think its because of the lenses in the fog lights that changes the color.
