Question Engine jerking and howling noise

Sup everyone
the car i drive Nissan altima 2006 2.5s with 91k KM

Problem #1 recently I put in a new Injen Cold air intake about couple weeks ago and recently me and my dad have both experienced this, that when we drive, we accelerate the car to say get to 80km then let go of the gas and brake(slightly) and then accelerate again the car kind of gives a little bit of jerk :S and when the car changes gears it still kind of jerks and stuff :S

we have been noticing this since after the intake has gone in... I have a water filter guard over the filter (were it dips down on the actual filter itself)

I've heard from some people that the water filter i have wont do the job it will still let water in eventually and some people tell me as long as you have a water filter your good so i dont know who and what to believe!

This is the water filter i got
Injen Hydro Shield

what could the problem be transmission or water in the engine:S ( from what people say) or am I just blaming my Intake for no reason?s what could be this jerking problem im getting? or is the transmission!? and also my car is on warranty still but my dad said if i take it to nissan the intake will void the warranty? and they wont do anything?

Problem #2
I have been having this problem for a while now...
When i drive and go just over 90 km you can hear a howling noise from the engine ! i dont know whats the best way to describe it, it doesn't sound appealing. its not a clean engine noise its this loud howling noise! which is worrying me and a piss of at the same time( because i put in a new intake and want to hear the noise of that!)

Any solution to both those problems would be greatly appreciated! thanks alot

Your howling noise 9 times out of 10 is a wheel bearing in one of you front wheels and if you have the stock air box put it back on and see if it still jerks.
