Damn, $370 a month thats crazy thats more than double what I pay and I am only 22, but I was talking to my dad yesterday about insurance and not sure how we got on the subject exactly but he said if you have one accident your insurance goes up 40% so I am assuming its goes almost that much for a speeding ticket. They probably figure if you are speeding you have a better chance of getting into an accident. Also you are in Canada so I can not really compare rates to mine but damn thats alot of money.
Damn, i pay 800 every 6 months and thats for comprehensive on my neon, and full coverage on the altima, with renters insurance, im also 22.

Holy crap are you kidding me.. i cant find a freaken deal under like 300, its stupid. almost makes me want to give up. its freaken depressing. I honeslty might just have to go with the "ocassional driver" deal i can get under my dad right now. as much as i want it to be my own insurance policy, i dont mind just paying $125 in cash to him each month..

There is a trick to lowering the insurance premium. I learned it after 2 points hit my driving record.
It's not recommend, but it will get me by until the points drop off.
First thing I did was lower the physical and property damage to the lowest the law will allow. Second thing I did was raise my deductible. Also the commute to work plays a big role in how much your premium will be.
So my driver HID is possibly going out. It's having trouble powering on sometimes, and also when it's on, it'll randomly get brighter by 50%!! The light output is insanely bright, and wished it was that bright to begin with lol.
Before when I had HID's burn out, they would just dim slowly and do a bit of flickering before they're completely crapped out. I can't quite remember on a failed ballast though.
Any ideas?

Swap the ballasts and see what happens. If there's no change then swap the bulbs too.
My passenger side headlight (HID) is flickering on the Suburban and I don't know what the problem is. I was thinking grounds but I guess I need to check the ballasts.

I think I'll do that with good weather. At first I wasn't gonna do anything and just wait til they crapped out so I could get them/it replaced since I have a lifetime warranty, but the faultyness is pretty bothersome. Plus, I'm pretty tired of 8k's and want 4500-5000k.
Hate insurance, I skipped buying certain cars because of the waste of $$ the insurance would create. Se-r is cheap tho! Full coverage + low deductibles I'm still under 100$ a month

Yeah your ballast might be on it way out. Time to replace them.
I went with 4300k HID's and they are super white. No more ricer blue...LOL
