I like alternating so that I know exactly when they're done without wasting any fluid. Don't know if you know but its the same fluid just a different color (amber).

I use SL.6 because it is specially formulated for electronic braking systems/ABS(whether that is just some BS that ATE blows up my a** or it's true I will never know) and when I bleed them I usually just pump a whole can through the system.

You won't regret it. They have this commercial where they take this big paint bucket and pore it over the shield and nothing gets on the filter! In my altima I have a hood with 8 vents in it. My car is outside (no garage) and it's been raining 3 days straight, my shield keeps my filter dry. I know for a fact it works for me. GL with the weather stripping that should help also!

Yea thanks man, need to get my hands on one and see how it performs. Any idea if it goes by size, or will just fit any filter, like k&n?

prob wont notice any diff in driving with the sri or cai. just becareful at the car wash when u spray around the driver wheel well n fog light area, i always use low pressure around there to not splash water on the filter. and i drove w/o the plastic undercarriage in my ser and it was still fine w/o a hydro shield or anything. other than that, avoid standing puddles with the driver side n ur good.

Yes it goes by size. You can call and ask them what size you need!
