lol was thinking the same thing. SER grille is the same as the other 3rd gen Altimas except the chrome has a smoked finish to it. Thats an S% clone grille.
I don't have my OE one to measure handy but we need one with adjustability that can put it 1-3" longer than the stock piece. The current adjustable endlinks won't even cover the RL springs drop because Taz made them to adjust shorter than OE  The last I looked none of us are lifting our Altimas.
I edited the length to cover all of the springs and most people's coilover drops.
The endlink I used was still good but my other one is missing a bolt, nut & 2 bushings. It loosened over time and eventually disconnected from the coilover and rested on the tie rod making noise as I drove (nut and/or bolt ping-ponged beneath the car lol), so that specific end link has scratches in the middle of it and the rubber boots are torn on the joints.
Yeah I wanna say since winter '11. I don't do any hard turns anymore so I can't say I feel a difference. But what I can say is that me not having the sway bar linked causes me to keep the drive tires on the ground at all times when going over angles of an entrance or speed bump haha...
Just so you guys know, the rear works a little differently due to the placement of the attachment point on the control arm. The RL adjustable endlinks are good enough for even fender gap drops but not sagging looking ones. The springs that tuck the rear are pretty SOL thanks to the endlinks coming in contact with one of the arms.
Decided to try to customize my engine cover like others have before me an it didn't turn out as perfect as I'd hope so I'll be buyin another one an fixing the screw ups i.e. scratches, paint type, paint stench lol) so i guess if anyone has suggestions on paint that i can put on it an won't burn the good smell of aerosol in the engine bay. Here's a pic of the current finished product
No, I'm quite pleased! I don't bottom out on speed bumps and the ride feels like oem springs on a flat road. Only thing I have noticed is if you happen to take a corner where a speed bump is, the car rocks a bit more. But I'm guessing that is cause by a softer spring.
Not really intended to drop the car. These springs are more so for the front wheel gap. I believe it was like 4 inches or so, Now it reduced to about 2.
Well, anything will be better than what I have now. I don't think I will have issues with the back though. My rear already sits as low as a lowered Altima in the rear due to my sub+amp. Only have about 1.5-2 finger gap.
Just bought all new kyb shocks and struts off amazon. I hope to get these install along with my rl springs in the next three or four weeks.
Question, should I re use my old strut boots? It didn't look like these come with them. My old ones are torn though. Can I just pick some up from autozone?
i would(did) pickup some new boots too. not an expert, but using new product on old, damage product could impact the life and material of the new product. i did amazon for everything. boots might be a shelf item though.
