Got them on today. So far I am not sure what to think. I liked before how my stock rims contrasted with the paint. These wheels look similar to my paint in brightness when on the car. Maybe it will grow on me, but so far I am not sure color wise. The shape of the wheel though, oh god I love it.
I think another reason I like my old wheels are are because my tires are plus sized. They are wider than stock and look more aesthetic. These tires look funny cause I am so used to my fat ones.
Im gonna wash my car later today or tomorrow and will make a fair judgement then.

The new wheels looks better no question. Just wear the tires out and buy fatter ones for the new wheels then. If you don't like the color contrast maybe add black lug nuts or painted calipers
Dropped on RL springs. That's the part that is kind of disappointing. The drop looked amazing with my stocks wheels/tires. I think its because of the plus sizing, the extra width ate up the gap between the fender well. These standard tires just don't eat up space like my old ones do thus leaving a bigger gap... I notice the same with the fronts too. I will post one of my initial drop pics for comparison..
Anyways, here are some higher quality shots. I am really starting to dig it now after washing.
Same drop, same junk in the trunk. The springs might have decompressed a bit after lifting. But I think the extra width of the plus size tire is why the gap looks smaller with my old setup.
Finally got the new O2 spacer installed. However, the bosch 4 wire sensor didn't clear the spacers. I had to pick up an NTK 4 wire sensor that cost $60 more than the Bosch. The NTK fit perfectly. Cleared the codes.
I just dread dealing with Rock Auto's return policy.
Changed the car's oil. Then rotated and rebalanced all the wheels.
Plasti-dip came out with a color I liked and I was seeing some really good results from other people using it. I'm skeptical on how long it will last, but I figured why not experiment. So, I bought some anthracite grey plasti dip and painted my wheels. I'm pretty pleased with the results. The finish is amazing and very smooth.
It's been on for about a week now and still holding up fine despite driving on loose gravel and crappy roads.

looks good. now u need to paint the rotor hats to get rid of that rust. btw, since ur using photobucket, next time use the img links instead of the url.
Plastidipped my maxima 18s, redid my burger on the front grill and dipped the chrome around the grill in red. Also that silver 4runner got the wheels dipped but I can't upload the pics for some reason ?

That is one of the next things on my list. Front and rear. I tried using the img links but it just showed the little pic icon and didnt show the actual picture...Maybe because they need to be resized. You just click "insert image" and then paste in the url right?

Didn't do anything to it other than drive it, but I did pull a few things off of a to-be-scrapped S2000. Got the dash harness and pedal assembly with clutch slave cylinder for free. Just pulling the parts in the sunlight was a pain in the dick, and I cut two of my fingers.
Also grabbed the dead pedal from it, which I'll put in my Altima.
Nothing done to the Altima in a while, last two weekends of wrenching I was helping my friend with his Cobra Swapped 2003 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor install 1" lowering springs w/new shocks and struts along with a new Addco front sway bar.
On the 17th I'm going to finally work on my 300zx front BBK. I'm just waiting on my rotors to come in from Rotorpros.
