new owner need advice :)

I just recently bought a 05 altima se 3.5 on craigslist
And I wanted to start working on it and installing any mods
I just don't know where to start...
I want to maybe start working on engine and transmission
or should I start on the body and inside?

Any opinions? And what mods should be nice? Any color ideas?
