Racingline HFPC Fitment

Will the Racinglines from a 2005 altima SER 6speed manual fit on a 2005 Altima 3.5SL 5speedAuto.

i know that at Racingline you have to choose auto or manual. I remember reading somewhere that the autos version will fit on the manual or vise versa. i can't remember? and I searched on the forums, but couldn't find the thread again?

anyone know the answer? thanks ahead

Y pipe has nothing to do with fitment Chris, its the underside of the car with an auto that necessitates a slightly different fitment. Now the HFC's made for the auto will fit the manual but not the other way around. In other words, the manual tranny isnt as bulky/big as the auto box.

Lawrence,

Any idea why things were done this way? In terms of saving funds, I would then understand if all of them made were for AUTO. I don't get it, since it would obviously be more economical to make one universal HFC design.
