I just contacted RCMP, spoke to Linda, she took my info and said they will be sending an officer to look into the matter.
Please contact them if you are in my position as this is FRAUD what is occurring here. She also advised to contact the BBB and file a complaint.
Linda was very helpful. At first redirecting me to civil matter and court but I said I am in Ontario and he is still doing this to date and we have no way to contact him and this is FRAUD. She agreed and said they will have an officer call me back.

I ordered a trunk light and rear sway bar from Racingline a month ago.
I got the light in 3 days but not my sway bar. I sent an email, no response.
I phone, vmail says customer not available.
Can someone please go buy if you are close and see if this shop is open.
Any help would be appreciated. I paid my e-transfer so I hope my funds can be refunded easily.
