Engine Problem, Cold Weather, Engine misses badly when cold?!

Hi. I have a 2005 Altima SE, 3.5 lt. - The car runs great except in cold weather, it is almost like the choke is stuck on? It hesitates, and the Check Engine soon light comes on? In warm weather, and most times once the car warms up, this problem goes away? Anybody know what it might be and what might be causing this?

When I use my ODB reader it reads, PO305, which when I look that code up, it states "Cylinder misfire, Cylinder #2 " So, I am planning on replacing the coil pack this weekend on cylinder #2 . Maybe that will work? If anyone has any suggestions, I am open to them as I really want to get this fixed.

Thanks everybody!
Mark

Before buying parts, try swapping coil packs, say #2 and #3 and see if the problem follows the coil pack or stays with the cylinder.
