Nismo cat back exhuast

im kind of a newbie so to say for buying performance parts, im looking to put a good performance exhaust for my nissan. i keep seeing videos for the nismo cat back exhuast but when i search online to buy it and see prices, it only comes up for the altima or 350z. would the exhaust still be able to go on the maxima even if you buy it for another nissan? if not what are my other options for a good exhaust?

I have been wondering the same thing. I have an 07, and having a hard time finding certain parts. I would think an Altima would be close, but since I have never actually been under both cars, I could be completely wrong. Hopefully someone else on here has a better answer.

I live in California, and am trying to find a street legal CAI. Anyone have any experience in this area? I am sure in another year or so there will be more options , but I dont want to wait that long.

try cattman.com give him a call his name is brian dont pay attention t the site it hasent been updated in quite some time he make exhausts for the maximas good products with proven performance. if u want nismo parts im sure your local nissan dealership can get you one. hks makes some and greddy to for exhausts. here is a good site too custommaxima.com. little's07 if u want an intake fujita makes intake for your car and injen has one too.

i would try maxima.org aswell they have alot of vendors in their group buy sections and u can get some good deals sometimes

I would contact Cattman, he's doing a lot of work for the 6th gens right now (y-pipe and headers in development as well) And as for having a hard time finding parts for the 6th gen, welcome aboard!!!! I've been modding mine for almost 5 years and it's been hard. Perseverance and lots of talking on these boards has helped!!! A lot of the mods you see for the 6th gen have come from people gathering though and talking on these boards!!!
