HELP, Spedometer and other electrical not working

I need help or want to know if you all have had this problem and know how to fix it. I was driving yesterday to work and everything worked fine. After work Im driving home talking on the phone and look down randomly and see that it says my car is going "0 MPH" and im doin around 50 or 60 or so. I also notice that my "TCS OFF" is lit up at the same time as "SLIP" is lit up. Another problem I found is that my headlights will only go off if my ignition is turned off. And finally, the keyless entry remote is locking but it just stopped honking the horn when i was getting ready to walk inside my house, although the lights still flash telling me its locked and stuff (the horn still works manually inside of the car). I dont understand how this happens with all of the those together all of a sudden. Please lemme know if u have any feedback for me ASAP. Im going to try and get it in the shop soon but I wanna have an idea if possible of what it could potentially be. Im asking cuz i did a search and couldnt find this anywhere. Please help, Thanks, Adam

Hmmmmm, have you messed with anything electrical lately? With so many different things its doesn't sound like just a fuse or relay thing. Almost sounds like a grounding issue. I would check your battery and make sure all is well there. If that doesn't do anything I would try resetting the ECU. Pull off your negative battery terminal, get inside and depress the brake, then let it sit for a bit (15 minutes should be fine). Then hook it back up and see if that helps anything.

Let me know.......................... Boon

For the dash Combination Meters:
Power is supplied at all times
through 10A fuse [No. 19, located in the fuse block (J/B)]
 to combination meter terminal 21.
With the ignition switch in the ON or START position, power is supplied
through 10A fuse [No. 14, located in the fuse block (J/B)]
 to combination meter terminal 22.
With the ignition switch in the ACC or ON position, power is supplied
through 10A fuse [No. 6, located in the fuse block (J/B)]
 to combination meter terminal 37.
Ground is supplied
to combination meter terminals 23, 25, and 28
 through body grounds M57, M61, and F14.

For Wipers:
Both front wiper relays are located in the IPDM E/R (intelligent power distribution module engine room)
Wiper switch (combination switch) is composed of a combination of 5 output terminals and 5 input terminals.
Terminal combination status is read by BCM (body control module)
BCM controls front wiper LO, HI, and INT (intermittent) operation
IPDM E/R operates the wiper motor according to CAN communication signals from the BCM.
Power is supplied at all times
through 50A fusible link (letter f , located in the fuse and fusible link box)
 to BCM terminal 70, and
through 20A fuse (No. 39, located in the IPDM E/R)
to front wiper relay, located in the IPDM E/R
With the ignition switch in ON or START position, power is supplied at all times
through 10A fuse [No. 1, located in the fuse block (J/B)]
 to BCM terminal 38, and
to ignition relay, located in the IPDM E/R, and
through 10A fuse (No. 47, located in the IPDM E/R)
 through IPDM E/R terminal 44
to front washer motor terminal 1.
Ground is supplied
 to BCM terminal 67 and
 to combination switch terminal 9
 through grounds F14, M57 and M61, and
to IPDM E/R terminals 38 and 60 and
to front wiper motor terminal E
 through grounds E15 and E24.

I have the exact same problem with my 2005 Altima (except it's my tachometer that's not working instead of the speedometer. All of the other symptoms like the alarm horn, wipers, etc are the same.) Did you ever resolve this?

Just bit the bullet and brought it into the dealer. I need a new IPDM (Intelligent Power Distribution Module), which came to $410 total parts and labor. Hope this helps someone.
