I ordered a new set of ballasts and bulbs from DDM Tuning to replace the Xentec ones I've had since August 2008. My drivers side one has become unreliable over the past few days. I didn't want to have to replace it but now at least I have a lifetime warranty.

I swear, these puddle leds are driving me insane by now. I'm on my 5th set already since they constantly brake/leds come loose/burn out/WhateverThaFukkElse.... is it all these leds or is it me????
Rest of leds are still going strong 2-3 years later but puddles keep on going out all the freaking time.

Dude, u should know better then that lol.
DDM's lifetime waranty is horsesh1t. They do replace it but you need to cover shipping broken ballast to them and then new one back to you so after u pay 2-way shipping you actually out of the same $$$ as you would be if u bought a new set from them with bulbs and everything lol.

Well, if these last another three years I'll be happy for the price. Everyone use to say buy xentec, then it was buy ddm, then it was buy hids from vleds. I can't keep up. I know I've never liked vleds prices on anything.*

I bought my interior LEDs from dealextreme and they are board mounted SMD LEDs with adhesive backing that have pigtail plugs. They cover the entire inside of the housing rather than being LEDs that are jammed into an oem bulb shape; and these are crazy bright! The front map lights are 12 LEDs (3x4 rectangle layout) the rear dome is a square 16 LEDs (4x4 layout since coupes only have one light in the center) and the puddle lights are 8 LEDs (2x4 rectangle layout).*

For the puddle lights I had to bend the contacts on the pigtail adapter to match up with the socket otherwise it wouldn't always make contact.

Here are some pics if you guys are interested/curious.*

I personally know 3 VQ owners (2 Muranos, and a Maxima) that have run regular since day one with no issues. To add to the fact that using premium is RECOMMENDED on the 3.5 Altima, not required. Yes if you're going to be driving it hard, premium should be used, but for the average driver the difference between regular and premium will not be noticed.
Go look up the definition of detonation, fuel with too low of an octane rating is definitely a cause. I'd run nothing but premium in a 3.5, could give a damn less how many ppl with VQs you know.

They are holding up great, no condensation at all since day 2 post-install. I'd recommend them.

I know right? I remember filling up my old Sentra from empty for $20 and when prices "spiked" to $1.85. Oh the joys of market speculation for commodities.

That company that sells those DEPO black headlights on eBay was reluctant to do local pickup even though NattyGirl already did it with her order. They claimed they don't have a store front or Will Call option. Pretty sad they could of had my money but guess they don't want to drop that $50 shipping fee.

Probably because it only cost them $25 to ship and they would pocket the rest.

One of my halos wouldn't turn on, so i checked and the transformer was shot. So replaced it with a spare I had here.

Then this arrived today, so I have to go to the dealer tomorrow and get some O-Rings for the fill and drain plugs to flush out my tranny lube. This stuff was not cheap. $30 plus $10 for shipping and tax
