Damn I tried getting people interested over in Nicoclub and I'm getting the feeling they don't do this kind of stuff. Got one guy saying don't send your money until all said and done and blah blah so unless they can jump on board smoothly like we do over here to get things done for our cars I'm more than likely cutting them from this project unless they join this site specifically and say I am down. Also from now if you are interested please PM me your email so when time comes Jaime can send you an invoice.

I hope you appreciate the fact that I'm not a US resident, I can't afford paying $150 for a company that I'm not familiar with. I'm very interested in the CF cover, but as you see, I'm not an active member on this forum, so I don't really know you, and I haven't dealt with you before. I'm not trying to be mean, I just want to justify my concerns, and I'm sure anyone in my position would do the same.
How long do you think it would take them to get the covers done? I know a company in Dubai that can do the same thing, I will check with them and if they can do it for cheaper I will let you know.
Hey Mr Hacker I understand your concern especially being out of the states. Majority people on this board are US base so I assume they will feel same if you were to have something done there. My thing is shipping from Dubai may make it not worth it for us. Autokits-X has already produced a CF and Fiberglass diffuser for us so we already have a good relationship with this company. Quality is good. My goal is to get the 30 people to get these CF covers for $100. Take a look at their products from the link below.
They are familiar with the Nissan brand as they produce lots of products for Infiniti G Sedans and Coupes. The ball is already moving with these covers as I last spoke to him he was going to borrow his close friend or relatives Altima and start in a week or 2 maybe 3 depending when he can get his hands on the car to make a mold. I prefer at least 2 to 3 weeks so I can get this list going and maybe get closer to having invoices sent once I hit the minimal amount of 10 and then people just start jumping on board.
I gather these are going to be covers for the turn signal lights only ? and not the turn signal lights themselves in Carbon Fiber?
If they are covers can they be solid covers to match my lights or turn signal style only?
Other than ebay anybody found any good quality, good price turn signal style lights ??
chris you might get a few more on board if they would Bundle the turn signal lights and the CF covers ( if it is a cover), for those of us that dont have the turn signal lights.....if thats even possible????
I believe they are different shape turn signal vs non turn signal. Reason I am pushing the turn signal style more is because many cars came stock with them and people that don't have the turn signal setup usually want to upgrade to them or would like to upgrade to them. I haven't seen anybody downgrade from lighted blinker style to non lighted blinker style yet but I'm sure there has been. The cover simply goes on top of the painted area. They physically make the mirrors so purchasing the blinker mirror would be on your own. I have seen them on eBay $75 a side brand new.
hey winter, if this falls though what about getting the diffuser built again. i want that so badly
Just contact them on the diffuser, they either still have some or can make it from the mold they have. I contacted them about a month ago and mentioned the group buy that nissanclub already had and they went down on the price..... I ended up not thinking it would flow with my car so I didn't get it......I'll look for the old email to see if I can find the price they gave me...
