Rear passenger door won't lock or unlock

Just wanted to quick consensus before I headed to the dealership....so very recently..I noticed that the lock on my rear passenger door won't lock/unlock. No matter if I use the key or the master switches on the car...it won't move. I have to manually lock or unlock it....is it a simple "motor is bad", or could there be a fuse, etc.

I know it's hard to say, but I was just hoping someone else maybe had the same issue once..thanks

I have same issue on my '09 2.5S. Are there others that have seen this?

I see that these door lock actuators cost about $75 each. Is this an easy job to replace or might this be a fuse/wiring issue?

Thanks, Marc

If the other locks are working (locking/unlocking with the power lock switch) it sounds to me that the door lock actuator is broken.

I haven't done this myself in this car but you will have to remove the trim to get access to the actuator. It is should be pretty easy once you get the trim off. The biggest problem is breaking any of the tabs that keep the trim in place.

My sister just started having the same problem. Looks like I'll be replacing it in the next couple of weeks.
