Unhappy '12 Altima barely moving after oil change.

Right, sounds weird, I know. Did an oil change change on my fiance's 2012 Nissan Altima, and finished up getting it off of the jack stands. Turned it on and heard a kind of grinding noise as well as the car barely moved when pushing the accelerator. Brake pedal was hard to push too. Any help is appreciated, and of course, IM open to any and all questions!

Do the wheels spin freely when in neutral and off the ground? Sounds like possible brake binding...

How much mileage on the car/tranny?

Wheels spin completely fine, and it's only got 55k on it +/- 500. Happened right after I put the car down, so she immediately goes to blaming me x.x Sorry for the late reply, by the way, I needed to get groceries and such!

if the brakes are hard, then there is an issue with the vacuum.

Put the car back on the lifts, and check every connection under the car. i'll bet you knocked/pulled something loose. .

Don't you love it when someone posts a serious problem with a car...and then never returns to let us know the rest of the story?

Thank you Pedro Guerrero.

Nothing like searching on the internet to find an auto related problem just like yours only to read through the whole thread to find the OP never told if the problem was resolved, or how it was resolved.
