Looking for TSB on clicking noise

I know it was posted here before but search doesn't help me at all. I'm typing all the "right" key words but still cant find it.

There was (is) a thread about clicking noise in the steering wheel when turning it from one end all the way to another, which usually happens when u park or get out of parking. In that thread i think i saw a TSB link.

Can someone direct me to it?

My noise is a lot more of a CLICKING thou, def not SCRAPING as tsb says.
Hope it is it and not my new rims/tires. It's kinda hard to figure out where EXACTLY this noise is coming from.

I had this issue. mine started as a click, then eventually went to a rubbing. it happened when i turned my wheel to the left more than 180 degrees.
