Altima Moonroof

I have Altima 08 with SL package. I have seen that moonroof leaks and water gets collected on the trays which is just above the roof slider. I understand that drainage pipes are connected to the trays but is it normal to have water in trays after heavy rain or after a wash at automatic wash station or is it not usual to have water in the trays ?
I took it to the dealer and they changed the moonroof . I went back after they replaced the roof and now they say its normal.
I took car to different dealer for second opinion and they cleaned the drainage pipe and some kind of carpet.
After the first dealer said everything is fine with the car , I tried to contact Nissan customer service and all they say is that they will go by Dealer finding.
I am just worried that there is something wrong with moonroof which may get worse with time . Any suggestions or experience with this problem ?

when im in the car wash and under the high powered dryer fan thing, it get small water droplets through the water seal. very small droplets and it's about 1-2 that's all. i didn't go for a dealership assuming that might be normal.

Ya , i have seen that, mostly water/droplets is found around the corner , also when it rains really heavily there is quite a bit of water on the trays. I am just worried that tray may rust the tray / may get really cold if melting snow get thru the roof.

I dunno, this isn't right. I've had snow, ice, tons of rain, and PLENTY of car washes on both my '07 and '08 (factory equipped moonroofs) and have never seen a drop inside the car.

Plain and simple, it shouldn't leak.

IT's normal for the water to collect in the water channels of the sunroof, if it were to ever leak in the car then that would be a problem. Other than that, I wouldn't worry about it.

Water in the tracks is normal, as long as it isn't coming inside the cabin. It will drain eventually when you slam the brakes hard enough, and move it to the drain tube. If not, then that's a problem.

there is a drainage tubes for the sunroof. you might want to open your sunroof and make sure there is no debris around it or in it.

Well there are 4 of them. One in each corner of the roof. Usually the trouble spots are the ones in the "A" Pillars. I see them sometimes clogged or disconnected.
