theres a ghost in my altima coupe!

i've had my car (2008 altima coupe 2.5s) for about 5 months now. Everything is going good. BUT, does anybody know of any specific or special buttons on the key that would automatically slide the windows down? Its happened to me twice already. Go to work, hours later when i go home, the car's BOTH window's are down. Possibilities of buttons getting pressed while the key is in my pocket are understandable. And im positive i havent left them on or anything like that. I'd read in the manual about it....but thats what nissanclub is for. =D

They're probably getting pressed while they're in your pocket...

Man that would suck. Hasn't happened to me but I make a point not to leave the key in my pocket. I unlocked the doors a couple nights ago from inside the house not knowingly.

Yes you can. There is a module from KP Technologies that allows opening and closing of side windows and sunroof via the FOB. Although the module is a bit pricey it is certainly well worth it... it's a universal module.

If you have the convenience package, if you hold down the "unlock" button on the iKey after all the doors are unlocked, the front windows will roll down...the button got pressed when it was in your pocket most likely...

Be advised - The KP Technologies sunroof module is separate from the windows.

that happened once to my while it was raining outside. i was pissed!! the other day i walk out and my trunk is opened, i guess the trunk vutton was held down... good thing nothing was missing.

i was wondering if there was some type of plastic sleeve that you could slide the Fob into so it wont do that while in your pocket...

someone get on that!

How about keep the key in a place where you won't sit on it?
