2011 Altima Coupe 2.5 Dreams!!

So I want to make my 2.5 coupe as fast if not faster than the 3.5... Is turbo or NOS my only option? If not how would I go about doing this?!?!

I don't see it happening. Should have just spent the money and got the 3.5.

I knew this post was going to be here somewhere, and I hate to tell you but he's right. You will save yourself time, money and frustration by trading it in on a 3.5 and calling it a day. The 3.5 motor is way more reliable than a turbo'd 2.5 can ever be.

There's no way you'll get to 285 with just bolt ons. You'll need forced induction or N02 for sure. I think the difference in price of boosting a 2.5 vs. swapping in a 3.5 engine is negligible. For ease of installation and reliability though, an engine swap is the way to go. Beyond that, you could mod the 3.5 engine and make even more power.
