I've been looking at getting a turbo for my A/C but I've heard that you can't just drop a turbo in without upgrading other parts of the engine. What all is recommended to do with the engine when adding a turbo?

Do you have around 5 thousand dollars ready for this mod?
If not, then it's a moot point.

Do you have a standard or the CVT. The durability of the CVT is a question that if you want to be sure that it will last you need to upgrade it to make it stronger.
What i would like to know is why the sedan hasnt got a t/c? i have a 07 sedan and it sucks that the coupe is getting more attention from every 1 i mean the sedan and the coupe have alllmost the same front end like the engine is the exact same as sedan. so why isnt there atleast a proto in a sedan????? that would be hot a t/c sedan with a nismo cat back and a fujita or injen intake with aBLOW OFF VALVE! lol

The Coupe turbo kit will work with a sedan just fine...All would be needed is a different length down pipe that attaches to the rest of the car since the sedan is longer than the coupe...something very easy that an exhaust shop can remedy...
Also, you wouldn't be able to use an aftermarket intake with a turbo kit as the turbo usually has it's own inlet tube and filter...
um not to be mean but go buy a diffrent car bc once u throw it into it your warentee is SHOT....but hell if you dont care bout that artisan will have a kit out soon try calling them its like 6g and u have to have a 6mt NO CVT.....itll blow up the tranny like adidas2go's
My honest opinion is that if you have the kind of money to turbo an Altima, then get a more tune-friendly car with a stock turbo. 6 grand in that kind of car will set you WAY ahead in terms of performance.
