it's not just you, led's will do that. they kinda stay on a bit even after the car is off. don't worry about it, the power draw is so extremely minimal, it won't drain your battery or anything like that.

so wait someone answer this for me, im thinking about changing my interior with tony's led's guild. but I need to know what do you lose when you disconnect the battery? I can reset the radio stations easily.
But what about losing the auto lock feature? and the miles on the car gets reset back to 0? great help, thanks!

Hey don't forget to use the 15% coupon on V-LEDs.com. When I looked into getting my leds for the license plate and the courtesy door lights I found like one thread on our forums that had the coupon code posted by someone else.

Here it is again for everyone else who hasn't bought LEDs but want them:
bt2580

Enjoy!

I don't know about the auto-lock feature since that's a new feature on the 09's, but i don't imagine that function would be reset by disconnecting the battery. when you disc the battery, you'll have to reset the radio, and your auto window roll up fuction, just roll your windows down, then roll them up and hold the up button for an extra 3 seconds after it's fully rolled up and this will reset the function. your miles won't be reset to 0, except for your trip A and B, those will be reset but those aren't important. your gauge cluster might also go down from full brightness, so just adjust it with the black knob on the gauge cluster clockwise all the way. other than that i think that's it.

I just followed this thread for my sedan...
I didn't disconnect the battery, there are plastic plugs that connect the power to the license plate and the door vanity lights...I just unplugged it then swapped the lights.
The interior vanity lights were just pop off and put in the new bulbs.

This thread has been a huge help! I'm getting ready to do the map, courtesy (doors), license plate, and vanity swap too.

Quick question --- how many bulbs in each vanity?

Ok so after seeing this thread I decided to change mine.
I'm changing the map dome, rear domes, all 4 door courtesy lights, license plate, and trunk.

What size LEDS will I need(buying from VLED) and how many of each.

BTW I have an 08 sedan.

After reading this post, I had to have LED bulbs as well. I went out to v-leds and bought the bulbs mentioned in this post.
I added a few extra bulbs:
The parking/backup light (bulb 921)
Also wanted to change the glovebox light (bulb 74)
For the trunk light I added an extra 194 bulb

I love the way the LEDs look. Pictures are on their way...
