Now that dealers are getting in stock of 2013 Altima, please post what your purchase finance or lease details are.
It would be nice if we had a list going of what people are paying for finance and lease, so that others can use that as a guide to what discounts they may get.

If you were to buy the car at the end of the lease, what you would your total cost be in the end?
Congrats on your new Nissans! This is my first new car.
Before tax, title, etc. the price I paid in the SF Bay Area was $22,600 for a 2013 2.5 SV (no conv or nav) in Metallic Slate with: lighted kickplates, tinting (they are adding later but was included in my docs), floor mats, trunk mat, splash guards, wheel locks and cargo net. That price is before the dealer rebate of $500, an $800 trade in and $5000 down. I got 2.99% finance for 60 months - have excellent credit and had to use their financing to get the $500, so even if I got 1.99% from my credit union it would have been a wash - and plan on paying it off earlier anyway to save $$.
What do you guys think about the service contracts and warranties? I was offered service for 5yr/55K for $1600 and 8yr/100K for $1800. I didn't buy either, but still thinking about the service contract.

I'm not sure what I think about extended warranties yet, but there a discussion thread about them on the board. Turns out you can buy them online for a lot cheaper than that the dealer usually offers: Here's a post with some pricing info... Gold Preferred Security+Plus for 5yr/60K is $763 and 8yr/100K is $1453 (no deductible).

I scoured the internet for the best rate and found Penfed. It was a nightmare to get the loan, but well worth it at .99%
If you were ever in the armed forces, you can join Pentagon Federal Credit Union. This month they have a special, if you buy from one of there car places, of .49% up to 4 years and .99% longer.
If you have a great credit rating and are willing to go through tons of crap to get the loan, DO IT!
My SV OTD price was $24,900.88.
