Wash your car.

Then use one of these kits to clay (works well for beginners)

Then wax/seal.

Not really great pictures but here's my 13 3.5 SL. So far i've tinted the windows and put a clear bra on the front. It's white on tan. I love this thing

Bummer they put the front license plate on, I was lucky enough to get a car that had never had the bracket installed. There are still small dips there, but no holes.

Yeah it came from a front plate state unfortunately. I guess i'm just gonna get some chrome snaps to cover them up or something. I'm not really sure yet.

Only a quality chrome license plate frame looks good on the 2013 Altima's as it goes with the chrome trim on the front and back of the car. No frame or one of another color is cheesy and just akes away from the beauty of this car.

If front state not required, everyone one should use a plate that best fits one of their more normal personalities. Dealer plates need to be chucked.

Yeah, agreeded, I went with a blank chrome plate frame that only has holes on top, and narrow edges that show more of the plate. I also used hot glue to secure the plate to the frame to avoid vibration. I added some additional foam just like the car comes with to make sure the bottom will never hit the paint. I also used chrome screw covers to finish it off - most quality frames come with them but can be purchased separately.

I have that style on my wife's Solara. Where do you purchase the covers if they do not come with the frame? Thanks.

I know Pepboys stocks them, but I'd expect many other auto supply stores would have them too, and it's possible even places like Walmart may have them.
