adjust your rubber bumpers a little bit and make sure the catch and the striker is greased up. My made a squeaking sound for a while Til I checked it out. Like even just kicking the tire made it squeak.

Some how the problem fixed it self , Went to the dealer on saturday and the window was acting normal maybe cause its been hot outside for the past few days and I been lower them more often. I told the service department about the window anyways and when he saw the window acting normal he just stay looking at me like why did I come.

Anyway, I just had them check out my hood because its been shaking when ever the car is not moving, they adjusted these little black rubber thing which made a differce the hood shakes alot less now but you can still see it shake when the sun is hitting it. I will retake the car this saturday.

Are you referring to the hood?

Just had the dealer adjust the rubber bumper made a big difference, shakes a lot less now but still a shake a bit. Plus now the hood closes without slamming it. Just have to push down.

What is the catch and the striker?

Sorry for the question, am a rookie when it come to this.

Been twice to the service department about my shaking hood and they keep telling me it’s normal. I had them show me another car and that car has to shakes too and they keep blaming it on the color of car that white stands out more.

Now I got to go on Monday for the third time for the specialist to look at the car.

Here is what I find to be the problem I notice when ever at a stop light the RMP drop to around 600 and that’s when the hood start to have a vibration. I can put the car in drive, press down the E –brake, and as soon as I let go the brake the RPM go up a bit and the hood stop vibrating. However, once you press the brakes the RMP drop and the hood start to vibration again.

Very annoying everything I stop all I see is the reflection of the hood vibrating.
