Aftermarket Navigation system for Altima?

Anyone know if there is any aftermarket navigation system, that will install in the Nissan Altima, and integrate with the center LCD, steering wheel controls or other options?

I'd like to possibly replace the nav system but I don't know if there is anything available that will integrate with the nissan controls and aux display (center instrument panel LCD). Or if the safety MOD, backup camera, etc are part of that system or seperate.

I guess one option would be just to leave everything as it is and just add a 2nd nav system, in addition to the one there but then I'd lose the integrated look. I know it's a long shot but I thought I'd ask.

Anyone know?

Current Vehicles: 2013 Nissan Altima 3.5 SL, 2008 Jeep Rubicon, 2007 Corolla, 2005 Camry, 1968 Mustang

The answer is no, nothing available with a full interface. There are various after market navigation units, kits to make them fit, and devices to get the the steering wheel controls to work. Those devices seem to have mixed results from what I've read. Nothing to make the center screen work.

I suspect it will be some time before we see a ready fit solution like you want, there has to be a big enough demand to make it worth someone's time to build one. This means a lot more cars need to sell... Then it will probably be made in china and not an upgrade over the factory unit.
