Windshield Wiper Replacements

For those that have replaced their windshield wipers, what brand and what size did you replace yours with?

And yes I know I can go to the store and look in the book to see what size I need. Just asking for others opinions.

Great question as I need to replace the blades on my wife's Toyota Solara. There is a thread somewhere on here with some recommendations, but I have been so busy I have not had time to find it.

I used Michelin and Rain-x same price ($30) both on 2006 and 2013 Altima. My findings are they suck so as Nissan OEM blades. My recommendation is get Nissan OEM blades. At least you don't need to see those holes on the top. They last tops 12 months if you really care.

I know mileage varies, but after about 8 months my original OEM blades started working very well and are still working well! When I got the car the wiper blades totally sucked and left streaks everywhere, no idea why they got better with age.

I replaced mine with these - prices below are at Amazon
Valeo 900-28-1B Frameless ULTIMATE All-Season Wiper Blade - 28" - $17.14
Valeo 900-16-1B Frameless ULTIMATE All-Season Wiper Blade - 16" - $15.35

These clean better and are so much quieter than the oem blades

Had Bosch Icons and we recently had a few winter storms and turned out the driver side started streaking, I inspected the wiper and found a big chunk of it missing turns out the ice I had on my windshield didn't really clear out so that's the damage I faced.

Overall I don't like the OEM ones I stay with Bosch.

I work for company that sells Bosch wiper blades daily.. That being said I chose Rain-X Latitude blades for my 2013 altima after an "excruciating" summer of 3 months with my altimas OEM wiper blades (lol they were TERRIBLE) .

I had a set of latitudes on my old grand prix GTP back in the day (2008ish) and LOVED them. Lasted 2 years in michigan weather.

I have the stock ones still on mine. They are horrible. It weird how certain spots wipe clean and other spots are half wiped or streaked.
