So, I wanted to make a reply and typed one up before I saw it was a 2013. But, will chime in anyway...
Keep the oil changed with a high grade synthetic and do maintenance basics as needed and you will have your car running great for a long time. I bought mine in 2011 with 62k miles. It is going to hit 270k on the way home from work today. It looks good, gets nearly 28MPG and has every bit of power it had 5 years ago. Only things done: wheel bearings on all four wheels, radiator, two headlight ballasts. Oh, I just blew out the right side of my Bose amp and will need to replace that. I found one on eBay for $130.. I commute 144 miles every day. There are 18 stop lights, so it's not all highway.
Biggest thing is: If it's an Altima, it's NOT a 350Z or 370Z. Don't think you are on a track and drive it like you are heading for a checkered flag.
