Yes it is the Country Joy mount. I put together a review on this a little while back, still very satisfied with the setup

I changed the bend point on the Escort mount to force it to angle down more... It made a big difference.
Hopefully we will be able to use the same mount for the 9500, maybe even get lucky enough that it uses the same power plug.
Nice setup man, I don’t see many people go to the effort to get a clean install. (suction cups ftl)
Now if we could only get a mirror integration like that V1 mirror you posted.
