The remotes are on ebay for about $10 to $20. Carefully separate the remotes top from bottom (eyeglass screwdriver). Remove the guts and do the same in reverse for new remote casing. Hope this is helpful.

I just opened the FOB case using a dime in the insert just to make sure there was a battery in it. After that, I just did the programming. Of course I made sure I purchased the correct FOB for my make and year.
