95 Altima GXE Speedometer Calibration

Hey,
Does anyone know how to calibrate and reset the speedometer? I put new tires and an alignment on the car last monday, and the speedometer is now 3 mph off at 55mph. I have a radar gun to verify this and I went to the repair shop today and they said that the speedometer cannot be calibrated. The ECU does have 3 codes, Speed Sensor A, O2 Sensor, and EGR Flow. Would any of these codes have to do with the speedometer being off by this much.
