I have a pretty much complete audio system, taken out of my 2007 Altima. I am willing to sell most of it as complete package or individually. I would like to sell as a package instead of single items though. Here is what I have.

Pioneer TSC160R(1)-$150-These are the Pioneer component set w/tweeters. It sounded so sweet in my altima.

Custom Altima Sub Box-$150
The Head Unit comes with all cables needed for install, nothing is missing besides your own custom harnesses you might need.
All of these items are already out of my car and available to come pickup, everything works otherwise I wouldn't advertise them. And the biggest question people ask is why are you selling these items. The answer is simple, I am trying to sell my 07 altima and I need to drop the price.
Also have for sale Custom sub box for 02-08 Nissan Altima, might fit other applications.
