No dark, I don't think you lose throttle responce at all. I never heard of such in all the searches I ave done. Now, you might lose some in comparison to a 2.5 setup, but compared to stock, I Doubt it.
I have management, and a cam would cost me around $280 for the replacement.
I'm actually considering boost after this is done, most of the parts can be used in addition to a Turbo (Minus pistons, and the header)
