i was sore for a few weeks, and still have some minor shoulder aches and pains to this day that i can only really attribute to that injury. however, you dont see me suing everyone under the sun for my own damn ACCIDENT. people just dont understand that ACCIDENTS happen. sometimes, things are NOBODY's fault
