no rolling necessary with these offsets:
17 x 8 +40 or +38
17 x 8.5 +45
I think 17 x 8 +35 or +30 would need rolling... as would 17 x 8.5 +40 or +35
but why go with a lower offset? wheel bearings will wear out faster
