No, no they don't. I've never worked in a place that does this. The successful completion of a project is, in fact, your job...if the project has been assigned to you.
I tip service people that I know are not making a regulr wage...waitresses, etc...but only if they provide at the least decent service. If I go to a restaurant with my family, get ignored by the waitress, get the wrong order and a bit of an attitude, then that person gets no tip.
I also generally don't tip at sandwich shops where they do nothing but stand behind the counter, make my sandwich and ring me up...I don't tip at McDonald's, why here for the same service?
I don't tip delivery drivers, but thats only because I haven't had delivery in 6-7 years. Live outside the delivery radius, so I get nothing.
