Lemon Law against Nissan Altima 2008
Hi,
Has anyone here successfully gotten a replacement or repurchase from Nissan USA on a lemon Nissan Altima? If yes, I need some help on filing a Lemon law case against Nissan USA for my Nissan Altima 2008 (see my previous thread on the issues). I've heard you have to write a letter to Nissan USA giving them 40 days to repurchase or replace your car. If anyone who has been sucessful with this care to share the letter or give pointers to writing this said letter?
