maybe if i do the same thing as you it would work....but instead of putting the jumper wire between the fog lights and the headlights, put the jumper wire between the parking lights and the headlights....
if i understood what you did, if i did the jumper wire between the fogs and the parking lights, then the fog lights would come on IFF the parking lights are on......which means if i turned the parking lights on the fogs would be on, and if i turned the headlights on the fogs would come on as well since the parking lights are on when the headlights are on....
